The order of registration

You choose your favorite products and place an order on the site.

Managers of our online store confirm with you the amount of the order, its components, coordinate the date and time of delivery of the order, as well as the method of payment by telephone.

Your order is transferred to the warehouse of the courier service.

Delivery Methods

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by our courier service. All details of the delivery of the order by courier are discussed with the confirmation of the order with the manager of the online store.

IMPORT TRUCK FROM NOVA POSHTA

Specify the address, convenient for you office, postal company "New Mail" or inform our manager when you confirm the order. Your order will be delivered in a period of 2 to 3 days.

Payment Methods
COURIER BANK CARD

Pay your order to the courier with a bank card through the POS-terminal of the serving bank. Please provide details of the method of payment to the Internet-shop manager upon order confirmation.

CASH ON DIVISION

Pay for your order at the selected branch of "New Mail" in cash or by credit card. There is no additional commission when sending orders to the New Post office. Orders from 600 UAH are delivered free of charge.

BANK CARD OR TRANSFER

Pay for your order with a credit card online via a secure payment system LiqPay (the manager sends the payment method to your e-mail address individually) or by bank transfer.

Exchange and return
In accordance with the paragraphs of the “List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of other size, shape, size, style, color or configuration”, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (as amended) http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF perfume and cosmetic goods of good quality are not subject to return and exchange.

Please open the order immediately after receiving it and in the presence of the courier or the employee of the New Post office. In the event of damage to the goods, make claims to the courier, or do not take your order from the New Mail department.

Return goods of good quality:
Prior to the transfer of the goods to the property and if the goods do not have flaws and are goods of good quality, the buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Goods at any time by paying the seller the cost of delivering the Goods to the buyer. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, the return of perfume and cosmetic goods of good quality after the transfer of goods to the Buyer is not allowed.
